Examples

The example notebooks have several dependencies. You can install all the dependencies using micromamba (or conda or mamba):

micromamba create -n 3dep seamless-3dep whitebox_workflows geopandas ipykernel ipywidgets

This will create a new environment called 3dep with all the required packages.
